Hourly Service Model

For businesses that have a good grasp on day-to-day support we offer an on-call hourly rate of $85.00. From desktop and network issues to system maintenance and cabling, we’re here to help when you need us. The computer repair shop is also open to business clients for less time-sensitive repairs.

Contract Service Model

Contracted clients can rest assured that Charm City Networks is providing full-service management of their network. This includes remote support, where we can quickly take control of a user’s desktop and fix issues. Full service means we manage your network, keep records for future reference, and respond to all issues, large and small, without counting hours. Contracts are for a set cost per month, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
