MD Legislators Attempt to Repeal “Tech Tax”
An article in today’s Baltimore Sun talks of a plan in the state legislature to replace the 6% tax on technology services that was passed during November’s session with a tax on the state’s wealthiest residents. The tech tax has been under opposition from business groups since it’s inception, and if not repealed, will apply to Charm City Networks services.
